Illegal Drugs of Any Description Will Not Be Tolerated. Any person found using drugs, either on or off the premises, will be told to leave and no refund given.

Q. Can I bring my pet? A. Only by prior arrangement. The best thing is to call me first on the numbers above.

Q. Can I have overnight visitors in my room? A. Only if they are booked in as a paying guest.

Q. What are your check in and check out times? A. Check in time is flexible but generally not before 2pm. Check out time is before 12 noon.
○
Q. Can I cook in your kitchen? Yes however the kitchen must be kept clean.

Q. Do I have to bring any plates or cooking utensils?. You do not need to bring any cooking utensils as the kitchen is fully stocked. However, any breakages must be paid for.

Q. Is there any place i can store food?. You will be allocated a cupboard in the kitchen and there is a large fridge to use. No food is to be stored in the bedrooms.

Q. Can I bring cooked food such as a take away in to your house? A. Yes but all food must be consumed in the dining room or conservatory and NOT in the bedrooms.

Q. Is there a bus stop near the house? A. Yes. There are several bus stops near the house.
